SMS and phone information

If you enable SMS alerts in the PerfectTrend mobile application, we use your phone number to send the alerts and service messages you request. Message frequency varies based on your configured alerts. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop SMS alerts by disabling text alerts in the app or replying STOP to an alert. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

SMS messages are delivered through communications providers, including Twilio. Those providers process information as necessary to deliver messages and comply with applicable requirements.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that host, secure, operate, analyze, or support PerfectTrend, including infrastructure, communications, authentication, and database providers. These providers may use information only to provide services to us and under applicable contractual restrictions.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or PerfectTrend, to investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.
